Secured Personal Files

Our optional service, Secured Personal File, is virtually your own web page on an encrypted secured server accessed with an Id and password. Your e-counseling questions and answers appear only on this secured page. All of your counseling sessions can be stored here, so you can access your personal page any time to review your sessions. This optional service is available for an additional fee and is maintained by Latest Online Counseling.

When you use this service, we send an e-mail telling you to visit our website when our response to your e-counseling question is ready. Just click on the link in the e-mail to take you to your own secured web page. Once you enter your ID and password correctly, you can read your counseling response and review your question.

This service starts on the date your file is created and is available in three time periods, any of which can be extended at your request. You can create a Secured Personal File for:

	A 3 month period for a quarterly fee of $10 USD.
	A 6 month period for a semi-annual fee of $15 USD.
	A 12 month period for an annual fee of $20 USD.
