Counseling Security

Maintaining your privacy through e-counseling and consulting has its own unique set of challenges. Many people share computers and their email can be viewed by others. You can set up an anonymous account with one of the many providers of free email to get more privacy.

E-counseling consists of 2 steps, the question you give to me and the response I give you. In the first step, when you submit your counseling or consulting question, it's immediately sent electronically to a secured area. I'm immediately notified when a request has arrived, and I then retrieve the information.

In the second step, I send the response to your counseling or consulting question to the email address you provide when you submit your question. If you're not comfortable with using your normal email account, I recommend setting up an anonymous email account.
